  • Do you thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment and enjoy connecting with people? We’re looking for a charismatic, sales-driven Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This part-time role is ideal for a career-minded individual who loves making guests feel welcome while supporting salon growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide a warm and professional first and last impression for all salon guests

    • Promote salon services, products, specials, and company programs to enhance guest experiences

    • Assist guests in understanding and selecting products and services tailored to their needs

    • Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a smooth, efficient front desk operation

    Objectives

    • Charismatic and personable, with excellent communication skills

    • Strong sales aptitude and ability to recommend services/products effectively

    • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

    • Previous customer service or salon experience is a plus

  • As a Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for guests while supporting stylists in delivering high-quality services as well as providing high quality services to your own guests once licensed. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the beauty industry, eager to learn, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet all guests warmly and professionally. Introducing yourself by name and informing the guest who you are assisting that day and what you’re doing with them

    • Ensure guest information is accurate and complete in the salon software.

    • Maintain and update guest files, including service details and additional notes

    • Assist in guest follow-ups, including thank-you cards and callback communications

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon and station, ensuring a tidy workspace

    • Keep the Educating stylists Planner/Tracker updated with relevant notes and information

    • Ensure styling products are stocked and available for use

    • Stay in constant communication with the educator to provide seamless support

    • Assist in washing, drying, and folding salon towels

    • Utilize downtime effectively by studying for tests and practicing skills

    • Review the educator’s schedule daily and track the service dollar amount booked

    • Establish additional service and retail goals based on guest appointments and educators’ goals

    Objectives

    • Stylist Support: Assist stylists with services and guest interactions to ensure a smooth workflow

    • Upselling & Add-ons: Understand and recommend add-on services appropriately

    • Goal Tracking: Analyze reports and understand individual and team performance metrics

    • Earning a new-talent shift by completing the skills assessments in the associate program

    • Bring in 10 new guests a month via referrals either from advertising yourself on social media or referrals from other guests

    Requirements

    Must hold one of the following active South Carolina licenses:

    • Cosmetology License

    • Nail Technician License

    • Master Barber License

    • Aesthetician License

    • Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times

    • Support daily salon operations, including laundry, cleaning, and general maintenance

    • Participate in side-by-side training and mentoring to enhance skills and techniques
