A graduate of Trident Technical College, Lainey officially began her career as a stylist in 2026 after developing her skills and growing alongside the Mercer Hair Studio team throughout her education.

Lainey enjoys creating beautiful blonding services, dimensional brunette color, men's haircuts, and long layered haircuts designed to enhance each guest's natural features and personal style. She is passionate about continuing her education and is always eager to learn new techniques from her fellow stylists, ensuring she can provide the best possible experience and results for every guest.

What makes Lainey stand out is her warm personality and commitment to making people feel seen and valued. She believes every guest deserves to feel heard during their appointment and strives to create a welcoming environment where clients can relax, recharge, and leave feeling more confident than when they arrived. Her goal is not only to deliver beautiful hair but also to brighten someone's day and encourage them to prioritize self-care.

As a proud member of the Mercer Hair Studio family, Lainey values teamwork, communication, and creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and coworkers. She believes that having fun while working hard is one of the keys to a great salon experience—and according to the team, the boiled peanuts her grandpa brings by from time to time don't hurt either.

Outside of the salon, Lainey enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. And while she's focused on building an exciting career behind the chair, she still hopes to cross one major item off her bucket list someday: meeting Justin Bieber.
