Stephanie Benardz

Stephanie Bednarz brings an impressive academic foundation and more than two decades of federal service to the team. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from Monmouth University, as well as a Master’s in Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Her 24 years as a federal employee have equipped her with extensive computer expertise, strong organizational skills, and a deep commitment to serving others.

Stephanie’s natural passion for helping people makes her a valuable asset to the guest experience. Her goal with every guest is to ensure they feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. She focuses on creating an environment where each person enjoys the best possible experience.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading, watching her favorite Netflix shows, and savoring a Pistachio Latte with oat milk. She loves Dirty Dancing, prefers Dr Pepper, and has a soft spot for KitKats and chocolate ganache cake. Tulips are her favorite flower, and Italy—both a dream destination and a bucket‑list goal—remains at the top of her travel aspirations.
