Rachael Droze is a talented stylist with a passion for helping guests feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. A proud graduate of Trident Technical College, Rachael studied Cosmetology and Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship, equipping her with both the creative skills and business savvy needed in the beauty industry.

With every guest who sits in her chair, Rachael’s goal is simple yet powerful: to help them achieve their hair dreams while creating a safe, welcoming space. Her specialty and true passion lie in blonding services, where she brings both precision and artistry to each transformation.

Outside the salon, Rachael is all about sunshine, style, and sweet treats. She loves shopping, relaxing in the sun, and sipping on her favorite Starbucks drink—an iced white mocha with sweet cream foam and caramel drizzle. A self-proclaimed lover of tropical destinations, Greece is at the top of her travel bucket list, along with more sunny getaways.
