Olivia Lerczak

Olivia is a dedicated cosmetology student at Paul Mitchell School, where she is refining her skills and passion for the beauty industry. Beyond the classroom, she invests her time shadowing experienced stylists, volunteering at haircutting events, and taking on extra opportunities to grow her expertise while giving back to the community.

Her goal with every guest is simple yet powerful: to create the kind of salon experience she would want for herself. Olivia believes in making each client feel understood, appreciated, and fully cared for. From enhancing their look to sharing product knowledge and personalized hair care tips, she strives to empower guests to love their hair both inside and outside the salon.

While she enjoys all aspects of hair, Olivia’s true passion lies in blonding and lightening services. Inspired by her mother-in-law, a hairstylist of 30 years, Olivia has gained invaluable knowledge and techniques that continue to shape her growing career.

Outside of the salon, Olivia loves watching baseball, shopping, and indulging in her favorite Starbucks drink—a brown sugar shaken espresso with whole milk. She’s a fan of horror and comedy films, The Fosters and Vampire Diaries, and has a soft spot for Reese’s Cups and Dr. Pepper. Traveling is also close to her heart—she dreams of visiting Italy to connect with her roots and hopes to one day swim with dolphins somewhere tropical.
