Lainey Inocente

Lainey is currently pursuing her cosmetology license at Trident Technical College while gaining hands-on experience right here at Mercer Hair Studio. Over the past 9 months, she’s been immersed in salon life, learning the ropes from our talented team and growing into a confident, creative stylist.

Lainey’s goal with every guest is simple but meaningful—to make you feel seen, welcomed, and more confident than when you walked in. She’s passionate about blonding, lived-in color, and men’s cuts, and is always looking to grow in her craft.

When she’s not behind the chair or in class, you’ll find Lainey sipping a pink drink from Starbucks, binge-watching One Tree Hill, or hanging out with friends. Her favorite movie? How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Her guilty pleasures? Diet Dr. Pepper, Reese’s, and dreaming of meeting Justin Bieber (still on her bucket list!).
