With a background in technical communications, project management, and supervisory leadership, she brings a strategic and thoughtful approach to her role. Her previous experience includes roles at Lowe's Home Improvement and a decade as a senior technical writer for a global cybersecurity company—all of which have shaped her ability to optimize operations and enhance team communication.
